Early 18th century George I walnut lowboy. Made of highly figured and richly patinated walnut with three drawers retaining the original brass hardware with shaped brackets to cabriole legs and pad feet.

Chippendale Style Mahogany English Writing Table with Tooled Red Leather Top

Made of Honduras mahogany, this Chippendale style English writing desk has a a rich faded patina, original hand tooled gilded red leather top and finely carved molding. Two beautifully “book matched” drawers retaining the original brass handles sit over boldly shaped Cabriole legs with carved knees and ball and claw feet. The rear and side panels are also finished with carved decoration and moldings. Superb condition and very elegant proportions.
