Early 18th Century English Comb-Back Windsor Armchair, Ash, Elm, Walnut

This rare early 18th century English “comb-back” Windsor armchair, made of ash, elm, and walnut, has a beautifully deep lustrous color. Delicate spindles with five uniquely shaped splats with pierced and turned decoration. Elegant curved arms over an extremely comfortable “saddle” seat with simple cabriole legs and pad feet.
